Refund Policy
RETURNS & FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS1.1 We do accept returns of non-faulty items within 30 days of delivery. (42% Restocking fee applies & sent back to us at your own cost)
1.2 We operate a 5% margin for broken or faulty goods.
1.3 Any shortages or damages, above 5%, must be reported to our customer service team within 2 hours of delivery. By calling us on 0871 288 6969 All claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred if they fall outside these timescales.
1.4 Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your own cost. You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return.
1.5 On receipt of any returned goods that are claimed to be damaged, we will inspect the products and determine if any liability can be accepted.
1.6 Liability shall never exceed the value of the goods.
1.7 Any return received that was not authorised we shall impose a £45 admin charge. Also the goods will remain your property until collected at your own cost. We shall not accept ownership of goods, but will agree to store them in a safe and secure warehouse. If the goods are NOT collected within 28 days we will impose storage charges at a fee of £22.50 per day until either collected or resold to recover our administration and storage fees. We shall dispose of these items if the balance owed outweighs the item cost.
